Katsuro is reputable as a hot-tempered trouble-maker, thanks to being easily tricked and framed. He often feels slighted by his father and brothers. Katsuro fights for justice and is excited that he might get it if he wins this tea house. He also wants more favor for "Western Myths" whom he thinks suffer under Ryuuji's rule. Other than that, the guy's a wizard in the kitchen, especially when it comes to meat.
